  • Preset purchase and fulfillment information: product selected, customer email, checkout session details, transaction identifiers, attribution context, and download fulfillment records. Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your payment card details on our website.
  • Communication records: emails, messages, replies, and support correspondence related to inquiries, bookings, purchases, or project delivery.
  • Information collected automatically: pages viewed, time on site, click behavior, referrer and UTM attribution data, browser type, operating system, device information, IP address, performance metrics, cookie or browser storage data, and anti-abuse signals generated when you use the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide photography, videography, and related services;
  • schedule consultations and booking conversations through Cal.com;
  • process preset purchases, send confirmations, and deliver download links;

3. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Notion: inquiry tracking, internal CRM records, and newsletter signup storage.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery for order fulfillment and website-generated notifications.
  • Zoho: business email communications and follow-up correspondence.
  • Google: consent-based analytics, advertising measurement, conversion tracking, and related verification tools.
  • Meta Platforms Inc.: consent-based advertising measurement and remarketing through the Meta Pixel.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the security of the Site, or as part of a business reorganization, merger, or asset sale.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. As a general guide:

  • Client records and contracts: retained for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping obligations.

  • Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
