We occasionally run seasonal promotions and offer loyalty discounts for returning clients. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated on special offers. We also offer referral discounts when you recommend us to friends and family.
This is one of our specialties. We guide you through every pose and expression, and we create a calm, fun, and empowering environment. Most of our clients tell us they were nervous at first but ended up having an amazing time. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the session.
Turnaround time depends on your selected package. Typically, you can expect your retouched images within 2–3 weeks of your session. Rush delivery options are available upon request for an additional fee.
While we don’t provide in-house makeup or styling, we work with a trusted network of professional makeup artists and stylists and can recommend or coordinate these services for your session. We also provide detailed preparation guides to help you look and feel your best.
We understand that life happens. You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session may be subject to a rebooking fee. Please refer to your booking agreement for full details.
We are based in Toronto and serve the Greater Toronto Area. We also travel for sessions across Ontario and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the GTA. Contact us with your location details and we’ll provide a quote.
Yes, we have access to professional studio space in Toronto for controlled lighting and backdrop setups. We also love shooting on-location at curated outdoor and indoor spots across the city. The choice depends on your vision and the look you’re going for.
Studio fees are included in all our packages when using our primary studio space. If you request a specific external studio or unique venue, additional rental fees may apply and will be communicated upfront during the planning phase.
Our standard portrait packages are designed for individual sessions. If you’d like to add additional people, we can accommodate that for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss group or duo session pricing tailored to your needs.
