Each team member receives 8 to 12 minutes of individual attention and direction. The lighting, background, and styling are consistent across everyone in the session because they were all produced in the same day, with the same setup.

What to expect on a Team Day
We arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the session begins to set up the portable studio in a boardroom, reception area, or lobby. A quiet space with reasonable ceiling height and good power access is sufficient.
Team members are called in one at a time on a schedule that fits around the existing workday. Each person receives direction on posture, expression, and positioning before we begin. We review test shots together and confirm we have what we need before the session moves on.
